Lubo, Niki, Philipp W. and Philipp S. – these are the names behind the rock-combo GEMINUS. In 2005, the group started playing in jazz clubs and other stages and laid the ground work for their first album. At the end of this year, preparations will begin for their first LP, slated for release in early 2012. The LP will host other artists, such as Doro Pesch and T. M. Stevens – a must-have for all fans of rock music along the lines of Deep Purple and Dream Theatre. Their individualistic sound appears in every one of their songs as the four group members unite the influences from a variety of musical styles and bands. The outcome is what’s known as the GEMINUS sound – Berlin’s finest progressive rock. The new E.P. bearing the title “Break of Day” is scheduled to be released in summer 2011.
